Script: Gothic textualis rotunda in two columns of 30 lines.
Decoration, recto: 2 two-line initials, two vertical bar extensions terminating in floral and foliate forms; verso: 3 two-line initials, two vertical bar extensions terminating in floral and foliate forms, border in outer margin inhabited by a cherub.
