Script: Gothic textualis rotunda in two columns of 30 lines.
Decoration, recto: no image; verso: 1 four-line inhabited initial with St. Maurelius (patron saint of Ferrara), 1 two-line initial, two vertical bar extensions terminating in floral and foliate forms, large initial excised from column two.
