Decoration, recto: 1 four-line initial with a portrait of Pope Anicetus, 5 two-line initials, two vertical bar extensions terminating in floral and foliate forms; verso: 1 five-line initial with portrait of a martyr, one vertical bar extension terminating in floral and foliate forms, and one outer border in gold filigree with folitate forms.
